    When will my order ship?

    Slime orders are carefully mixed, charmed, and packed within 3–5 business days. If we’re in the middle of a special drop, holiday madness, or Fixie celebration, it might take a little longer. But don’t worry — you’ll get tracking info as soon as your slime starts its journey through the realms.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    Not yet, brave traveler. For now, Sticky Sparkle Slime only ships within the U.S. But our magic is growing, and international slime quests may be possible in the near future.

    Are your slimes safe for kids?

    Yes! Our slimes are made with gentle, kid-friendly ingredients. That said, they’re meant for children ages 3 and up, and always with a grown-up Slime Keeper nearby. And remember, slimes are for squishing, not snacking.

    My slime arrived sticky or melted. What should I do?

    We know we’re called Sticky Sparkle Slime, but your slime shouldn’t feel like a melted mess! Sometimes warm weather during shipping can make slimes a little too gooey. But don’t worry, it’s an easy fix!

    Each order includes a small bag of borax so you can mix your own activator at home. Just read the slime care card included to make sure you don’t overdo it. You can also grab our Sticky Fixie bottle — the official fixer-upper potion available in the shop.

    A few spritzes, a gentle knead, and your slime will be back to its stretchy, magical self.

    How do I store my slime?

    Treat your slime like a treasure. Keep it in its original jar with the lid sealed tight, away from direct sunlight or heat. A cool, dry place will keep it squishy and fresh for many magical days.
