How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance so we have enough time to prepare your custom slime favors!

Planning something extra special? Orders requiring themed or specialty charms need at least one month's notice to allow time for sourcing materials.

Need them sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional $35 fee, subject to availability.

The earlier you order, the more we can customize!

Can I mix different slime sizes or textures in one order?

To ensure consistency and quality, our custom party favors are produced in batches of 24 matching slimes.

Each batch includes one size, one texture, one color, and one scent of your choice, subject to availability.

Want more variety? Absolutely! You can order additional batches of 24 with different combinations to create a fun assortment for your celebration.

Can you match my party theme?

For a fully customized experience, including slime colors, textures, themed charms, and custom labels, we require at least one month’s notice. This gives our team enough time to source specialty materials and prepare everything just for your event.

Booking less than a month in advance? We'd still love to celebrate with you! Our standard slime selections and available charms will be offered, with custom labels to match your theme.

All specialty materials and customization requests are subject to availability.

Can you match my party theme?

We'd love to! From birthday celebrations to baby showers and special occasions, we can coordinate colors, custom labels, and available decorative details to complement your theme.

For specialty or themed charms, please allow at least one month for sourcing. Specific charms and materials are subject to availability.

    Are personalized labels included?

Personalized labels are available for an additional $15 flat design fee per order.

Share your party theme, name, date, or special message, and we'll create a label design to complement your celebration!

Can I choose the slime colors and scents?

We love making your favors feel special! Share your preferred colors and scent ideas when submitting your request, and we'll confirm which options are available for your selected texture and order.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Please double-check your quantities, names, spelling, and customization details before confirming your order.

Because our favors are made especially for your celebration, changes requested after production or specialty material ordering has begun are not be possible.

    Can I place a last-minute order?

We'll always do our best to help! Orders with less than one week's notice may be accepted depending on our production schedule and available materials.

A $35 rush fee applies to approved rush orders. Specialty charms and extensive customization may not be available on short notice.
