Do I need to reserve a spot in advance?

Yes! Our Slime Labs have limited availability, and advance reservations are required to secure your child's spot. Some sessions may sell out quickly!

All reservations must be made exclusively through our official website. We do not accept bookings through Instagram, DMs, text messages, or any other channel.

Your spot is only secured once your reservation is successfully completed through our website.

Are all Slime Labs the same?

Not at all! Each Lab may feature different themes, activities, materials, and creations. Be sure to review the description of your selected session to see exactly what's included.

Can I drop my child off?

Our Slime Labs are not drop-off experiences. Children under 6 must have a parent or responsible adult stay with them throughout the session. Parents of older children should follow the supervision guidelines listed for their selected Lab.

Do parents need to purchase a ticket?

Tickets are intended for participating children. Parents or guardians accompanying their children do not need a separate ticket unless they wish to participate in the activities themselves.

What should my child wear?

We recommend comfortable clothes that can handle a little mess! While we do our best to keep activities organized, slime-making is a hands-on experience.

What happens if we're late?

Please arrive on time! Our Labs follow a scheduled activity plan, and late arrivals may miss important steps or portions of the experience.

Can I reschedule or get a refund if we miss our Lab?

Reservations are for a specific date and session. Please review the cancellation and rescheduling policies provided at checkout before booking.
